Two Iranians confirmed dead in Kuwait bombing

TEHRAN, Jun. 27 (MNA) – Iran's Foreign Ministry has confirmed the death of two Iranian nationals during the terrorist attack on a Shia mosque in the Kuwaiti capital on Friday.

On Saturday, Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham confirmed the news sent from Iran's Embassy in Kuwait on the martyrdom of two Iranians in Friday’s deadly attack on a Shia mosque in Kuwait.

The two Iranians were Kuwaiti residents that were killed in the suicide bomb blast which tore through a mosque in Kuwait's capital during Friday prayers, killing at least 25 people and wounding at least 200 others.

ISIL terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack on Al-Sadiq mosque. The terrorist attack in Kuwait was the deadliest in a series of fatal terrorist attacks across world targeting Tunisia and France and claiming dozens of lives.
